This series consists of correspondence, memorandums, histories, reports, programs, messages, and transcripts of telephone conversations relating to administrative activities, performances, and historical projects. There is a file (decimal 007 Music 14 May 1956) containing a 1942 program for Irving Berlin's "This is the Army," a 1918 program for his "Yip Yip Yaphank," and the transcript of a 1956 telephone conversation between General John H. Stokes, Jr. and Mr. Irving Berlin. There are also files on "The Mexican Punitive Expedition" and "Russia's Entry into Pacific War" filed under decimal 314.7 and the January 1957 Office of the Chief of Military History staff visit to U.S. Army Pacific to locate papers relating to Pearl Harbor, filed under decimal 337.
